The Regional Manager partners with franchisees to help them achieve operational excellence and outstanding results for sales growth, profitability, employee engagement and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a passion for operations and the proven ability to earn the respect and trust of business owners by providing practical, responsive and strategic guidance. Located near an airport in British Columbia, the candidate must have a relevant combination of experience, motivation, training and talent and the drive to excel in the fast-paced QSR sector. Preferably, the candidate has had several years of experience in providing operational expertise in a multi-unit context in the hospitality or retail sectors. With a commitment to team work and results, the ideal candidate is a university graduate with a credible presence, superb problem-solving and communication skills, an eye for detail, sound judgment and the capacity to influence. An energetic, confident, self-starter, the candidate we are seeking thrives in fast-paced environments that involve travel and working with business owners and an outstanding corporate team.
